Payments​

Payments for remote sessions and services are accepted electronically through an agreed upon payment service such as PayPal or Stripe. Payment in full is required to schedule any appointments for in-person and remote services. 

Cancellations

You may reschedule your appointment once, otherwise you forfeit payment. Rescheduling requests for all scheduled individual services including remote and in person intuitive readings sessions are accepted up to 48 hours prior to the appointment date. Cancellation requests received within 48 hours, or any unattended or missed appointments forfeit the payment. This is about respect for my time and for yours.

Refunds

Due to the nature of scheduled services, refunds are not granted except in the case of Niki Bohne canceling due to illness, emergency, or other reason. In the event this happens, all parties agree to attempt to reschedule before a refund is issued. 

While I believe that powerful change and guidance can come from this work, I must express that intuitive services are for entertainment purposes. Services offered on this site do not intend to, nor should they ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business, medical, therapeutic, or psychological. Information may come up in a session or consultation as these areas are relevant in your life, but any information/guidance/suggestions do NOT claim to be qualified or expert opinions.  Niki Bohne accepts no responsibility or liability for any actions/inactions taken or not taken on the part of the client based off any information or guidance received, referenced, or alluded to during the session. Additionally, Niki Bohne is not liable or responsible for any actual, perceived, or alleged losses and/or damages caused directly or indirectly by any information or guidance received or suggested during a session, event service, or consultation. Niki Bohne does not guarantee 100% accuracy or full completion of any information given during the time of a reading. Niki Bohne cannot make any guarantees other than to deliver the services as described and as agreed upon. Niki Bohne cannot guarantee any shared or suggested outcomes. Any comments or recommendations on this site or on affiliated social media / blog / newsletter content or those made during a service, event, session, or consult are expressions of opinion and interpretation only. Sessions, events and services offered by Niki Bohne may not be in alignment with your expectations or requirements and Niki Bohne cannot make any commitments or guarantees that the services, style, process, or procedure is right for you. Niki Bohne reserves the right to deny service at any time, and may refuse to answer a question that goes against business or personal ethics or boundaries.
